If none exist, we develop new business processes with your staff based on best practice recommendations.

After the initial assessment and process review, our consultants work with your Project Sponsor and designated site Change Management Team to ensure that a sufficient organizational change management framework is in place. We provide informational sessions to the Change Management Team on the fundamentals related to your organization, strategies for managing change, and the impacts on individual staff.

Based on the output from the initial assessment and process review, our consultants develop a comprehensive customized training plan, mapping identified roles to structured product training modules.

Our expert trainers provide on-site product workshops for all stakeholders, as well as certification training for identified process roles.
