To match the needs of our rapidly expanding global customer base, we are seeking a Manager, Global Mining & Maintenance Consulting Services in our world headquarters in Tucson, Arizona.

As the Manager, Global Mining & Maintenance Consulting Services, you will provide leadership to the global Mining Services team which has principal accountability for supporting our regional offices in delivering mining and maintenance consulting services. Along with maintaining and developing customer relationships you will work closely with regional sales and account managers to develop business leads and work opportunities.

Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years of direct mining and/or maintenance engineering experience with demonstrated leadership skills. Preference will be given to those with previous consulting experience. Highly developed oral & written communications, presentation, customer relations, and planning skills are essential. Exposure to account management and/or sales is an advantage. A Bachelor's Degree in Mining or Mechanical Engineering is required; a Master's is a plus. This position will involve frequent international travel. Only those applicants who have substantial mining-related work experience will be considered for this position.
