Modular Announces Organizational Change

Modular Mining Systems Inc. CEO Peter Carter announced the appointment of an executive responsible for global corporate accounts and responding to the ongoing global consolidation in the mining marketplace.
“I am pleased to announce the creation of the position of Global Accounts Manager,” said Carter. “With the creation of this position, our customers with global operations will have a focal point to assist them in pursuing unified and coordinated strategies on a world wide basis.”
Carter also announced that effective 20 August, 2007, Dave Goddard has joined the company to take on this role. A veteran in the mining technology marketplace, Goddard has successfully managed the delivery of several mining technology products, most recently as Director of Field Services for a precision positioning solutions provider.
“Dave has extensive knowledge of the mining market and a proven track record in delivering solutions for mining customers,” said Carter. “As our customers migrate towards globally unified product and service offerings, we are excited to be able to leverage Dave’s familiarity of the industry in achieving this goal.”
