Modular offers a variety of training services to complement the installation and support of your IntelliMine® system, including both real-time field training and classroom training. The focus of this training is on maximizing your mining operation through more effective use of the IntelliMine® system and DISPATCH® modules. Training is customized to meet your individual needs, and targets specific strategies as well as providing general techniques for optimizing your investment in productivity enhancement.
The DISPATCHSM Operator certification program provides IntelliMine® System customers with the opportunity to certify their operators in the proper use and implementation of the system, for maximum operating efficiency. The program offers comprehensive, in-depth, hands-on instruction and ensures that operators are familiar with all aspects of the system. A two-year refresher program is available for dispatchers who have completed initial training and wish to keep their certification current.
