The DISPATCH^® Underground System brings the power of DISPATCH^® for open pit mines to underground operations. DISPATCH^® Underground helps maximize production and minimize contention time in underground operations through allocated train or LHD dispatching, traffic control, equipment monitoring, and comprehensive reporting. The system requires a DISPATCH^®-configured workstation, Field Computer Systems on the trains or LHDs, a data radio network based on leaky feeder or microcell radios with advanced token-ring technology, and RF (radio frequency) tags mounted at boxes, weigh bridges, tips and rim tunnel main haulage ways to locate equipment.
