Job Purpose

Work on a variety of Hardware product to perform to thoroughly check materials, procedures and mechanical or electrical systems to ensure that product is fully functional as per compliance regulatory.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creation of test reports, procedures, plans, and guidelines.
  • Determine the applicable standards to apply for a given unit-under-test
  • Works directly with external laboratories off-site to ensure proper conformance to test standard and methods, timely project completion, and resolution of testing issues
  • Responsible to perform installation and assist external laboratories in compliance testing at AZPG.
  • Perform all applicable testing and review test datasheets packages before submitting to external laboratories
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, communicate updates to the organization.
  • Perform EMC audits of existing product to ensure continued compliance
  • Clearly communicate issues to engineering and management both verbally and written
  • Assist in technical interface for safety compliance issues, including but not limited to all external communications that require a response or have the potential of needing a technical response
  • Document and communicate compliance status to stakeholders.
  • Compile and maintain technical report files for product
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
  • Conduct oneself with the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards

Required Skills

  • Bachelors degree in engineering discipline with at least 2+ years industry experience 
  • Soft skill with highly technical in business systems implementation.
  • Knowledge in EMC collateral Standard
  • Flexible/ adaptable ability to work with a team and independently in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
  • Takes ownership of work and completes it efficiently and on time
