The Company

Job Purpose


To lead, coach and mentor the customer support team to provide support of the highest level to our customers with the aim of achieving business goals and objectives. 

Travel Requirements

Up to 25%.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide visible leadership, management and direction for the regional customer support team across all products (existing and new). 

  • Ensure adequate resources to develop and maintain service levels to existing and new customers to meet the required SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) as defined in GFA (Global Framework Agreements). 

  • Manager customer relationships by being the face of MTS for issues which require resolution at a higher level and ensure resolution is reached to the satisfaction of both parties. 

  • Lead, mentor and coach the support team to optimise skillsets to meet current and future business needs whilst focusing on the employee’s career development. 

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining, IT or Management or related field. 
  • Extensive experience in a leadership or supervisory role. 

  • Customer support experience in mining products and or services/IT software. 

  • Extensive knowledge of mining operations and the integration with mining software solutions.
