Modular Initiates MineCare® Certification Process

Modular Mining Systems, Inc., the market leader in information management solutions for mining operations worldwide, is pleased to announce attainment of Microsoft® Gold-Level status in the Microsoft Partner Network™ program.
This achievement demonstrates Modular’s “best in class” capability within a specific Microsoft solution area. To achieve this goal, select Modular employees had to prove proficiency through rigorous exams, application tests, customer references, and customer satisfaction surveys. A number of Modular employees also became Microsoft-certified in their individual areas of expertise.
To maintain Gold-Level status, the company is required to use Microsoft products in-house. As a result, the employees’ practical knowledge of Windows®, SQL Server® and product integration is increased on a daily basis. “We’re better able to assist and advise our customers because we have a closer, more direct working relationship with Microsoft,” said Mark Jongeward, Chief Information Officer at Modular.
As a Gold-Level partner, Modular receives early-access to new Microsoft technologies, advanced product training, and top-tier technical support. “The advantages of Gold-Level partnership benefit not only our company, but our customers as well,” he added.
