A long-standing customer recently relied on their Performance Assurance team to optimize their automated truck/shovel assignments and minimize truck queue and shovel hang times. As a result, they achieved sustained improvements in fleet utilization and significant increases in production rates, including a 29% increase in ton miles per hour (TMPH).
